Our matcha is processed with the very good material of most fresh leaves produced in April or
May. Use the plastic membrane covering over tea trees to shelter against the sun. Such cultivation method could increase the tea's chlorophyll by 60%, amino acids by 40%,and make it less bitter and more green.
The process procedure is steaming the fresh leaves, drying
(driying for several times, gradually drying and drying), then processing it by cutting, grinding into micro powder.
